Join Yoga Instructor Shaniqua from Black Girls Do, Inc. as she introduces you and your little one to yoga through play and literacy the 3rd Saturday of EVERY month. This is a great way to connect with your child mindfully and intentionally in a safe space.

About the Event
What you will need:
Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle for you and your child. We will have a few sanitized yoga mats on hand for those of you who forget theirs or don't have one.
Covid Policy:
Masks are required to enter the building, and temperature will be taken upon entry. Our building is professionally deep cleaned and sanitized weekly, and cleaned by staff before closing daily.
Yoga mats will be placed no less than 12 inches apart from each other to maintain social distancing.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available.
